Welcome to Hunaqarak. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our app, website, and services. By accessing or using Hunaqarak, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

1. Account and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in order to use our services.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Account Activity: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Property Listings and Content

• Ownership and Authorization: By posting any listing or content (including photos, text, or videos), you confirm that you either own the property or hold explicit legal authorization to market it.
• Accuracy of Listings: You agree to provide accurate property details, including area, price, location, and legal status. Misleading or fake listings are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that violates applicable laws, infringes the intellectual property rights of others, or contains abusive or fraudulent material.
• Right to Review and Remove: We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

3. User Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Hunaqarak has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post or send any content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable, whether in listings, reels, comments, ratings, or chat messages.

• Reporting and Blocking: Users can report any content and block any user directly within the app.
• Enforcement: We review all reports within 24 hours, remove the offending content, and suspend or permanently ban the user responsible.

4. Transactions Between Users

• Role of Hunaqarak: Hunaqarak acts solely as a technical platform connecting property seekers with owners and agents. We are not a party to any sale, purchase, or lease agreement concluded between users.
• Due Diligence: Users are solely responsible for inspecting properties, verifying legal documents, and conducting all necessary due diligence before entering into any financial agreement.

5. Paid Services (If Applicable)

• Certain premium services, such as featured listings or subscription packages, may be offered for a fee.
• All payments are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on information posted by other users.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account or your access to Hunaqarak at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
